Shipping Information

• Due to the limitations of our small staff and facility, many items are available for pickup only.  Call or email before you come.
• Most small items are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground to addresses within the USA.
•  We do have discounts with some trucking lines.
• Containers can be sent to many countries, but international shipping rules change frequently.  We work with well-established freight forwarders, but clearing items through customs is the recipient's responsibility.
• It is extremely important  that all shipments are properly prepared and documented before shipping.
• The recipient ministry is responsible for shipping costs as well as the purchase costs of the items.
• Most shipments have unique features.  We will be happy to discuss your individual situation and will do our best to meet your needs within our ability.
