• How up-to-date would computer equipment be?
  From brand new to low end Pentium computers.
  

• Can you supply software?
  We have older software for missionaries overseas only.
  

• Is all of the equipment used?
  Most equipment is used, but we do custom purchases of both new and used equipment.
  

• Can you provide electrical equipment for a 240V power supply?
  Computer equipment can often be used on a 220V 50-cycle current. Other equipment for 240V can be purchased new.
  

• Do you arrange for the packing of items in a shipping crate and its transportation?
  We often ship containers overseas. Smaller shipments are usually sent to a mission office or other address in the U.S.A.
  

• Do you charge for packing and shipping?
  We do not charge for packing a container. Recipients are responsible for both shipping and purchase costs. After you place your order, you will be notified of the final estimated cost before shipping. International shipping charges can vary from the estimate due to circumstances beyond our control.
  

• When and how do you require payment?
  Large or special purchases may require some payment in advance. Otherwise, payment is due when the items are shipped.
  

• Do you have a catalog?
  No. Items come and go quickly. Send us a list of your needs and we'll let you know how we can help.  The closest we have to a catalog is our on-line inventory page.
