How up-to-date would computer equipment be?
As you already know the computer world changes rapidly! All computers sent by Equipping The Saints will have Windows 7 or newer operating system installed after hard drive being erased. Refurbished desktop computers are usually available. Costs vary depending on speed of processor, RAM and hard drive. Monitors are also available. Microsoft Office is available in certain situations. Laptops are available at times.

Can you supply software?
We can offer some.  Call or email for details.

Is all of the equipment used?
Most equipment is used, but we do custom purchases of both new and used equipment.

Can you provide electrical equipment for a 240V power supply?
Computer equipment can often be used on a 220V 50-cycle current. Other equipment for 240V can be purchased new.

Do you arrange for the packing of items in a shipping crate and its transportation?
Shipments are usually sent to a mission office or other address in the U.S.A.

Do you charge for packing and shipping?
We do not charge for packing. Recipients are responsible for both shipping and purchase costs. After you place your order, you will be notified of the final estimated cost before shipping.

When and how do you require payment?
Large or special purchases require payment in advance. Otherwise, payment is due when the items are shipped.

Do you have a catalog?
